With over a decade of experience in operations, staffing, and talent acquisition, Brad Knight is a results-driven leader known for optimizing organizational performance through strategic human capital management. As Vice President of Talent Operations at Elevation Capital, Brad oversees the development and execution of innovative talent strategies across a diverse portfolio of global businesses. His focus is on driving operational efficiency, leveraging AI-driven tools, and ensuring alignment between human capital and organizational objectives.

Before joining Elevation Capital, Brad held leadership roles where he successfully scaled recruitment operations for founder-driven businesses and high-growth companies in technology, healthcare, and government sectors. A decorated military officer, Brad currently serves in the Florida Army National Guard, where he has commanded units of over 180 personnel, managed multimillion-dollar logistics operations, and directed disaster relief efforts across multiple states.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Brad is a proud father of three boys and is passionate about fostering leadership and personal growth in all aspects of life. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on leadership to Elevation Capital.
