Andrew oversees the company’s legal and risk mitigation strategy.
Andrew brings nearly 20 years of legal experience in corporate transactional practice to the company. His career has been focused on consumer products, dietary supplements, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions. He has worked for and represented numerous regulated businesses from inception through growth and their exit strategy.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University.
